Christmas in New York: Part One
My family and I recently stayed in New York City for a couple nights. Being the Christmas season and all, there’s no better time to visit the city, at least in my opinion. We all had a great time and of course, I captured some of the good moments on camera for everyone to enjoy.
This video kind of substitutes for my birthday series for this year, but I hope to capture some quick footage here and there. Whether I will upload it, we’ll see. But for now, enjoy “Christmas in New York: Part One.” The second part is just hours away.

Geting Into The Holiday Spirit - New York Style!
I was lucky enough to go to The Radio City Music Hall and see the 75th Anniversary Christmas Spectacular starring the famous Rockettes. It was a gorgeous and very fun show. There was a 3D ride with Santa from the North Pole to New York City. There was “snow” and ribbons falling from the ceiling. The Rockettes were amazing as usual. And, of course, I bought a few souvenirs.
The crews were busy at Rockefeller Center putting up the giant Christmas tree while people were ice skating at the ice skating rink. Christmas and Holiday decorations are going up all over the city. It’s such a magical time of year leading up to Christmas.
If you ever get a chance to go to New York City in November or December, and especially if you get the chance to see the Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular, do it! It’s a wonderful New York City style way to get into the holiday spirit.
I have to warn you, though, even the “grownups” turn into grinning children as Santa and the Rockettes dance and sing across that stage.
